A full term baby at this point usually can be about 6 pounds and up, 19 inches long. The size is comparible to a stalk of swiss chard (below).

The movement from the baby is beginning to be less (more squirming, less kicking) because conditions in the womb are becoming increasingly cramped. However, as long as you can feel the baby wiggle or bump during the day, every day, you can feel secure in the knowledge that it remains healthy and strong.
