Chinese Lunar Calendar

I've been a little impatient with waiting for our upcoming ultrasound appointment. We have one scheduled for the middle of Feb., but it drives me crazy when people that are pregnant at the same time are finding out what they are having an entire month before I get to.

So I guess that just answers the question from the previous post: I am a major peeker! I want to know what this baby is! Like today!

But since we have to wait anyways I thought I would post this for fun. It's not accurate scientifically in the least, but it's fun to look at: (I'm sorry that it's cut off but for some reason it won't let me shrink it more.)

To find the gender prediction, find the mother's age at conception (across the top of the table) and then the month in which conception occurred. Follow the column and row to the intersecting point. The color of the box tells you what the prediction is. Blue = Boy and Pink = Girl

According to this we would be having a boy if we conceived anywhere from August to December (which we did)... We'll see how accurate this thing is in a few weeks. :) I just looked up what it would have said for Jack and it predicted he was going to be a boy. So it got one of our babes right so far.

Has anyone tried this? What do you think?
